What better way to tell your loved ones you care than with a membership to the Chicano Federation of San Diego County? Through your gift, you will put a smile on their face – and on that of the many people whose lives we impact!
The annual Unity Luncheon brought together more than 400 Chicano Federation friends and supporters on Friday, May 5th at the Wyndham San Diego Bayside. Vic Salazar, Chair of the Development Committee, and Mery Lopez-Gallo from Univision, Mistress of Ceremonies, kicked off the event. He also presented awards to Josephine Talamantez, Board Chair of the Chicano Park Museum and Cultural Center, San Diego Councilman David Alvarez, and Congressman Juan Vargas, for the pivotal role they played in designating Chicano Park as a National Historic landmark.
